Out with the old and in with the new

Pathmatics is overhauling the way we classify categories and brands with our new taxonomy. This massive project is years in the making and we've tackled one of our most popular categories first, Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Now, you'll be able to see deeper brand layers, see how spend breaks down across a parent company's brands, and glean even more insights into creatives, brand marketing strategy and ad campaigns. But in case you're a more visual learner (us too...) Here's a glimpse of what it looks like in Pathmatics Explorer.

While our first updates to CPG brands will encompass Feminine Care, Grooming, Haircare, Household Goods, Oral Care and Skincare, we'll be releasing updated taxonomy for new brand categories in the coming months.
