Ad Age determines the winners each year with both employee and employer surveys to assess a range of benefits, perks, opportunities for company involvement, advancement, diversity, and more. This year, they partnered with Latitude research, Ad Age revamped their criteria to include companies of all sizes, giving Pathmatics a chance to stand out even with our relatively small employee count of around 50 team members, including both our Los Angeles HQ and New York office.
