With the country turning its eyes to the world of baseball, advertisers are spending money on baseball themed creatives. Four of the top ten direct advertisers on mlb.com featured these themed creatives as seen below.
As usual for the weeks leading up to a major sporting event, the percentage of direct impressions sold on mlb.com has increased from 57% (9/21-9/28) to 75% (10/21-10/28).
